Vietnam Silk is a natural product and therefore has no dyes, perfume, or other chemicals applied to it. To keep it in its best condition, please : 
- Wash by hand with warm (or cool) water and soap, or shampoo. 
- Do not soak longer in the water. 
- Steam ironing should be performed on a reverse of the silk. 
- This product will not shed - therefore do not wash in a machine washer. Its color and beauty are inherent properties of this material which will only deteriorate due to improper treatment and use.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 Business days, excluding orders made on the Last Working Day of Office.

Items are individually packed securely in order to avoid any damage to the items in mail or transit. Orders are shipped via USPS Service. In rare cases, it may take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery depending upon the destinations and customs regulations in your country. Packages bear a duly filled customs declaration form in order to felicitate smooth flow through Customs.
